Chapuland · Your forest, your plans.
The forest has unfinished business. Let's say it with data.
Cleaning, restrooms, water, lighting, parking, safety, hours that aren't kept. Chapultepec is extraordinary and, at the same time, has a lot of room for improvement. Care is the part of Chapuland that turns a complaint into a report with a photo, location and date, makes it public and takes it to whoever has to solve it.
How a report works
- You report from the app: category, photo, location and a short description. You can do it offline; it's sent when you reconnect.
- We review it before publishing (within 24 hours): no personal data, no faces or license plates, no insults.
- It's published on the reports map with its status: received, published, sent to the authorities, addressed, closed.
- It's shared with a card ready for social media, if you want.
- It's sent through official channels to the forest administration and the relevant agency, with a reference number and date. We also give you the link to report it yourself at Locatel 311.
- Follow-up: the community confirms whether it's still the same or already fixed.
If it's an emergency
Call 911. The app does not replace emergency services.
State of the forest
Coming soon: a public dashboard with reports by section and category, response times and what actually got fixed. Transparency to recognize what improves and point out what doesn't.
Report rules
- Facts, not adjectives. A photo is worth more than a paragraph.
- No personal data about third parties.
- If something has been fixed, say so: that gets published too.
